Maria Luisa Rivas Gonzalez

Maria Luisa Rivas Gonzalez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing engineering and management. Currently serving as the Country Manager for MAXIMO NIVEL in Costa Rica since March 2022, Maria Luisa previously held the position of Plant Manager at Kontoor Brands, Inc. from October 2019 to November 2021. At VF Jeanswear, Maria Luisa worked as a Manufacturing Engineer from January 2014 to October 2019, contributing to the start-up of the Masatepe Sewing Plant and managing various engineering roles throughout the organization. Additionally, Maria Luisa served as a Marketing Coordinator at Mobilia in 2007, where strategies to enhance brand awareness were developed. Maria Luisa earned a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Quality Management and Agroindustry from Universidad Centroamericana in Managua (2002-2006).
