Marilin Sardiñas Burgos

Marilin Sardiñas Burgos has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marilin is currently working as a Sales Consultant at Maximo Solar Industries since April 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Condado Vanderbilt Hotel, starting as a Concierge from January 2017 to September 2017, then becoming a Server from September 2017 to August 2018. Marilin was later promoted to Assistant Restaurant Manager in September 2018, and finally served as a Restaurant Manager from January 2019 to April 2021. Before their time at Condado Vanderbilt Hotel, Marilin worked as a Restaurant Manager at Tavola Bar+Trattoria from May 2016 to December 2016. Marilin also has a significant tenure at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where they worked as a Lobby Lounge Head Waitress, Learning Coach & Trainer from August 2008 to May 2016. Lastly, Marilin began their career as a Server Trainer at Doral Golf Resort & Spa from August 2003 to June 2008, where they excelled in providing exceptional service and training new employees in a fast-paced world-class resort environment.

Marilin Sardiñas Burgos started their education in 2008 at Universidad Del Este, where they studied Hospitality Administration/Management until 2013. In 2019, they attended the Emotional Paycheck Institute of Canada (Salario Emocional) and obtained the degree of Executive Ambassador. Additionally, Marilin has obtained several certifications including IHE Managers Institute from the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel in August 2019, Emotional Paycheck Ambassador from the Emotional Paycheck Institute of Canada (Salario Emocional) in April 2019, and ServSafe Alcohol from ServSafe in August 2019.
