Melissa Ellis currently serves as the CEO and Global Missionary at Life Beyond Water Global Outreach since April 2017, while also holding a position as a Licensed Realtor with Maximum One Realty since January 2020. Over the years, Melissa has contributed to various organizations, including serving as an Ordained Minister and Youth Pastor at Faith Christian Community Church since November 2010, and as the Executive Director of The Beyond the Game Foundation from May 2019 to January 2020. With a background in nursing, including roles as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery at St John's Hospital and as a Registered School Nurse, Melissa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nursing from Michigan State University. Furthering educational endeavors, Melissa obtained a Certificate of Ministry from Faith Center for Christian Education and is pursuing global leadership studies at the Global Leadership Training Center.
