Alisha Hietala

Alisha Hietala is an accomplished security professional with extensive experience in various roles within the security industry. Currently serving as a Security Officer at Maximum Security USA since January 2022, Alisha also holds the position of Site Supervisor at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. since March 2020. Previous roles include Security Officer at Colquitt Regional Medical Center and Captain at DSI Security Services. Alisha's experience began in the security field in 2010 with a position at Little Caesars Pizza as Shift Lead, and spans various customer service roles prior to that. Academically, Alisha is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Criminology and has an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science, alongside a High School Diploma with a focus on art and psychology.
