Mohammad AlMughairah has extensive work experience in various roles. Mohammad started their career as a Summer Trainee at Jubail University College in 2002. In 2003, they worked as a Summer Trainee at Saudi Aramco. Mohammad then joined Saudi Aramco's College Preparatory Program (CPP) in 2006.

In 2015, Mohammad joined Rajhi Steel as a Quality Specialist, where they gained experience in Quality Control, Assurance, and Management. Mohammad also worked on projects related to transitioning to new standards.

Since 2017, Mohammad has been working at Maximus KSA as the Head of Claims, Compliance, and Management Information. This leadership role involves managing and optimizing the claims process, ensuring compliance with laws and industry standards, and handling invoices and disputes.

Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Introduction to the Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam, Leading and Working in Teams, Supply Chain Management Fundamentals, Quality Standards in Customer Service, Six Sigma Fundamentals, and Teamwork Fundamentals. Mohammad also completed a course on Total and Continuous improvement of Quality from the Secondary Royal Institute of Industrial.
