Elaine Bartlett

Elaine Bartlett is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in managing human resources operations across various sectors. Currently serving as HR Operations Director at Maximus UK since November 2020, Elaine oversees the people agenda for 5,000 colleagues across three distinct divisions and is a key member of the Operational Leadership Board. Prior to this role, Elaine held the position of HR Director at Maximus (CHDA) from October 2016 to November 2020, managing a significant team in delivering Work Capability Assessments for the DWP. Previous experiences include Head of HR Operations at BMI Healthcare, where responsibilities encompassed operational HR for a workforce exceeding 13,000, and various HR roles at Cadbury Trebor Bassett and Marriott Hotels. Elaine holds degrees from Brunel University London and the University of Hertfordshire.
