Mark Parris is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Head of Operations for the RESTART contract at Maximus UK since September 2018, where accountability includes driving performance improvement and meeting delivery expectations. Prior roles include Operations Manager and Business Manager at Maximus UK, focusing on high performance and team development. In addition to this, Mark has been a Retained Firefighter with Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service since December 2015, responding to emergencies and promoting fire safety education. Previously, Mark held positions at 3aaa Apprenticeships as a Sales and Engagement Manager and Business Manager, managing sales teams and driving growth within the apprenticeship market. Earlier experience includes serving as Deputy Business Manager at PeoplePlus UK and providing mortgage and insurance advice with various firms from 2006 to 2012. Mark holds a National Diploma in Public Services from Farnborough College of Technology.
