J Mark Householder

J Mark Householder, CSM, currently serves as Digital Delivery Lead at Maximus since April 2023. Prior to this role, J Mark held the position of Sr Scrum Master at Kestra Financial from November 2021 to April 2023, and at Charles Schwab from September 2018 to November 2021, where responsibilities included coordinating Agile teams and aligning product stories with quarterly goals. J Mark's experience spans several organizations, including CCC Information Services, where J Mark was the first Scrum Master in the Austin Office, and NIC Inc., among others, indicating a strong background in Scrum methodologies and Agile transformation. J Mark began a career in education as a High School Mathematics Teacher and holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Middle Tennessee State University.
