Kristin Paul

Kristin Paul is an accomplished professional in Learning and Organizational Development with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President at Maximus since September 2020, Kristin leads global L&D initiatives, focusing on performance management, succession planning, and cultural evolution. Prior to this, Kristin held positions as Director of Corporate Learning & Development at ADS, Inc. and Director of Talent Management at PRA Group, where responsibilities included overseeing strategic OD initiatives and talent management processes. Kristin's early career includes roles at the City of Norfolk and Cox Communications, where Kristin facilitated training programs and developed leadership initiatives. Kristin holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
