Larry Amidon

Larry Amidon is a seasoned training professional with extensive experience in corporate training and development. Currently serving as a Senior Training Specialist at Maximus since April 2022, Larry designs and manages training sessions to address staff elevation needs, focusing on knowledge transfer and effective feedback. Previously, as Corporate Training Manager at ADT from February 2001 to April 2022, Larry achieved a 99% graduation rate in training classes for top-level positions and played a vital role in mentoring employees to enhance retention and promotion rates. Larry's diverse experience also includes overseeing quality assurance training, advanced technical support, and contributing to human resources hiring processes at multiple call centers. Larry holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education/Special Education from Keuka College.
