Michael Palmiotto

Michael Palmiotto is an experienced call center operations professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Senior Call Center Operations Manager at MAXIMUS since November 2013, Michael has previously held various leadership roles at ACS, a Xerox Company, where extensive experience was gained in managing large teams and overseeing operations for student loan services. Notable positions included Director of Operations, where Michael led a cross-functional team of over 350 employees, as well as multiple management roles focusing on financial operations, budgeting, and staff allocation.
