Norman Iracheta

Norman Iracheta has extensive experience in human resources, with a notable tenure at Maximus from September 2016 to April 2022, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President and Vice President roles within the Federal Segment, as well as serving as Sr. Director of Human Capital. Prior to this, Norman held various positions at Convergys from July 2007 to April 2013, including Sr. Area Manager of Human Resources & Recruitment and Sr. Manager of Human Resources. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Government with a minor in Business, obtained from the University of Texas at Brownsville from January 2000 to January 2006.
