Swati Kanitkar

Swati Kanitkar is a Program Manager and Continuous Improvement Lead at Maximus since June 2020, contributing to the DMCS project as a contractor for Jazz Solutions Inc., and previously served as a Project Manager for the E-Rate project. Prior to this, Swati worked as an IT Project Lead at DIGITALSPEC, LLC, focusing on U.S. federal initiatives, and held the position of Sr. Business Analyst at 22nd Century Technologies Inc., where efforts were directed towards automating applications for various projects at the Department. Earlier career experiences include working as a Consultant at CGI, a Staff Accountant at CarePoint Medical, and an Account Manager at Mapcom Systems. Swati earned an education from Karnatak University, holding certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and in ITIL.
