Victor Boelscher

Victor Boelscher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contracts and program management within the defense and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Contracts at Maximus since November 2025, Victor previously held multiple leadership roles at the American Center for Manufacturing & Innovation (ACMI), including Head of Federal Pursuits and Head of Federal Programs. Prior to ACMI, Victor accumulated significant experience at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, progressing through various positions from Contracts Manager to Associate Director of Contracts. Victor began a professional career in the United States Air Force as a Laser Technician from 1999 to 2003. Victor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
