Natalie Braid

Natalie Braid has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Natalie began their career at Lend Lease as a Senior Project Manager in 1994, where they worked until 2007. Following that, Natalie joined Maximus International, a consultancy firm that provides leadership development and organizational services to various prominent businesses. At Maximus International, they held multiple roles, including Experience Manager from 2016 to 2019, Commercial and Engagement Manager from 2019 to 2022, and currently serves as the Head of Engagement since July 2022. Their work at Maximus International focuses on creating transformative experiences for global leaders and challenging traditional leadership norms.

Natalie Braid has a Certificate - Level 2 in International Executive Coaching and Leadership. Natalie also holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Marketing and Management from Southern Cross University. In addition, Natalie has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from TAFE NSW. Natalie is also a Certified Organisational Coach, Level Two, obtained from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).
