Arndt Schottelius

Arndt Schottelius, MD PhD, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Maxion Therapeutics and as Chief Scientific Officer and member of the Executive Management Board at Affimed. With a robust track record in the biotech industry, Arndt has been instrumental in shaping company strategies and value creation. Previously, as Executive Vice President and Head of R&D at Kymab Ltd, Arndt defined and executed the R&D roadmap, and as Chief Development Officer at MorphoSys AG, led the transformation of the company into a $2 billion development entity. Early career experience includes roles at Genentech, where Arndt advanced clinical development in immunology, and Bayer Pharmaceuticals in senior scientific capacities.
