Stefan Härtle

Stefan Heinemann has a multifaceted career spanning over two decades in operational management, safety compliance, and laboratory research. Notably, Stefan served as Assistant Director of Archives at Avantor from January 2009 to May 2021, where responsibilities included operational performance and compliance oversight, along with a significant role in project management and financial analysis. Prior to this, Stefan achieved remarkable success as Director of Sample Management, establishing a profitable service line that significantly contributed to revenue growth. Additional roles at EPL Archives, Inc. and Old Dominion University provided experience in inventory management, research coordination, and teaching. Currently, Stefan is on sabbatical after a rewarding career that culminated in fostering substantial company growth, leading to acquisition appeals by larger corporations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Oceanography from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from James Madison University.
