Mark Sinar, GPHR, currently serves as Vice President of Global HR, Safety & Sustainability, and Legal Services at Maxion Wheels, where responsibilities include leading the human resources function for a business unit comprising 14 plants and 6,000 employees across Europe, Africa, and Asia. Sinar's extensive experience includes previous roles as Vice President of Administration & HR at Trinity Rail and Director of Administration at Thrall Manufacturing Company in the Czech Republic. Sinar began a career in human resources with Thrall Manufacturing Company focused on Training & Development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration in Human Resources from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Indiana University Northwest.
