Desmond Ho

Desmond Ho has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Desmond started their career at MALAYSIAN AE MODELS as a Sales Coordinator from August 2003 to April 2004. Desmond then joined Yes Station Sdn Bhd, where they held various positions including Distributor Trade Marketing Officer from November 2004 to January 2006, Dealer Sales from January 2006 to August 2007, and Head of Area from August 2007 to August 2012. After that, they joined DiGi Telecommunications as a District Manager from August 2012 to July 2014, and later became an Area Manager from July 2014 to June 2019. Currently, they are the Head of Sales at Maxis since June 2019.

Desmond Ho holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Cardiff Metropolitan University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Desmond also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from INTI, which they obtained from 2000 to 2003. In addition, they have obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and sales process, all in 2020.
