Jessica Yong

Jessica Yong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enterprise business enablement, sales planning, and governance. Currently serving as the Head of Department for Enterprise Business Enablement at Maxis since November 2021, Jessica leads a team supporting over 700 employees in the Enterprise arm and oversees the Enterprise Data & Business Intelligence portfolio. Previous roles at Maxis included heading the Enterprise Sales Planning & Enablement department and managing SME Business Planning, focusing on aligning commercial goals with frontline execution. Prior to Maxis, Jessica held various positions at Shell, including Lead Internal Auditor and Manager in Hydrocarbon Inventory, where strategic improvements were implemented to enhance operational efficiency. Jessica's early career included consulting roles at Accenture and internships across notable companies, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and various ongoing music qualifications.
