Muhammad Taufiq Mustaffa

Muhammad Taufiq Mustaffa is an experienced professional in the telecommunications field with a focus on Outside Plant (OSP) projects. Currently serving as an OSP Implementation Lead Specialist at Maxis since February 2020, Muhammad oversees the complete rollout of FTTH projects, ensuring resource allocation and managing project interdependencies. Prior to this, an Engineering Manager at Forward Resources & Construction Sdn. Bhd. facilitated the delivery of over 500 km of new fiber networks. Previous roles include Associate in Design & Planning at PR1MA Home, Engineer at ZTE Corporation, and Technical Executive at Telekom Malaysia, where skills in project management, technical planning, and construction oversight were developed. Muhammad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Perlis.
