Mandhir Juneja has extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of IMF & New Growth Initiatives at Max Life Insurance Company Limited since July 2008. Previous roles at Max Life include Zone Vice President for Agency in South2, CVP & Senior Regional Manager, and Zonal Head of Agency Recruitment. Prior to Max Life, Mandhir held the position of Cluster Head at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited from December 2002 to June 2008. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, a BCOM in Finance & Management from the same institution, and advanced programs in General Management and Design Thinking from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
