Kathryn Nicholls

Kathryn Nicholls, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for MaxLinear since December 2011. Kathryn has a robust background in recruiting and project management, having previously held roles such as Project Lead at AMCI and Trackside Support at ChaseCam. Additional experience includes corporate recruiting at Nokia and Five Point Capital, where technical and corporate recruitment was a focus. Kathryn began their career as an Executive Search Consultant at BCA and as a Technical Recruiter at Eastridge InfoTech, achieving recognition as a top producer. Academically, Kathryn holds an M.S. and B.S. in Recreation Administration, as well as a minor in Human Resources Management, all from California State University-Sacramento, graduating summa cum laude with their master's degree.
