Annika Holthaus

Annika Holthaus has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Annika currently works as an Engagement Manager at MaxMine since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at BHP as a Maintenance Infrastructure Supervisor from July 2020 to December 2021. Before BHP, Annika worked at Rio Tinto for several roles, including Rail Operations Yard Supervisor from February 2017 to February 2018, Production Specialist from February 2016 to February 2017, and Business Process Analyst from January 2014 to February 2016. Annika'searlier experience includes working at Hertz as an Operations Project Manager from May 2012 to December 2013, Continuous Improvement Leader from January 2012 to May 2012, and Analyst Support from September 2011 to November 2011. Annika also participated in a dual study program at Hertz from September 2008 to August 2011, where they gained experience in various departments such as sales, financial planning and analysis, and HR controlling.

Annika Holthaus pursued their education by earning a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Administration from Northumbria University, which they attended from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they studied in Accadis International College from 2008 to 2011, where they also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business.
