Aoife Kearney has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from University College Cork. Aoife has worked at Dawn Farms as a Junior NPD Project Manager and later as a NPD Project Manager focusing on foodservice. Currently, Aoife is the Food Strategy and Convenience Manager at The Maxol Group, where Aoife is responsible for enhancing the customer experience instore through the development of Maxol own brands, new convenience ranges, franchise brands, and store redevelopments.
