Jaspreet Singh has worked in various positions in the IT staffing industry since 2013. Jaspreet began their career at Xlnc Staffing Solutions as a US IT Recruiter, where they were responsible for understanding client job requirements and sourcing resumes from job portals. In 2015, Jaspreet moved to Mobile Programming LLC. as a US IT Recruiter. In this role, they drove the recruiting process by identifying, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of full-time, W-2, Contract, and Corp to Corp technical employees. Later that year, they joined Beta Soft Systems as a Bench Sales Recruiter, where they extensively marketed OPT, H1B, H4 EAD's, GC EAD's, GC's, and Citizens who were on bench. In 2016, Jaspreet moved to Alpha Net as a Sr. Talent Acquisition, where they identified potential candidates through existing databases, third parties, and job portals. In 2020, they joined DynPro, Inc. as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they worked on requirements assigned by Onsite Account Managers and sourced, screened, and submitted candidates on US tax terms. Jaspreet is currently a Team Lead and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Maxonic, Inc., a certified minority-owned staffing and payroll services firm.
