Mehnaz D

Mehnaz D has held a number of roles in the IT industry since 2006. Mehnaz began their career as an IT Recruiter at Corporate Solutions in 2006. In 2010, they took on a role as a Sr. Technical Recruiter (Microsoft) at Aditi Consulting Technologies, where they were responsible for headhunting software engineers and other senior engineering leaders. In 2012, they joined Maxonic as a Service Delivery Manager and then moved on to become a Service Delivery Lead, where they were responsible for US IT recruitment. Finally, they held a role as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Ensener Consulting, where their responsibilities included briefing candidates and scheduling interviews.

Mehnaz D obtained their Masters in Business Administration in Human Resources from Christ College in 2009. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelors in Commerce in Cost Accounting from KNHS between 2003 and 2006.
