Hector Cadavid

Hector Cadavid is currently working as a Senior O&M Engineer at MaxSolar, where HECTOR is responsible for conducting various O&M tasks on multiple solar sites. Prior to this, HECTOR held a similar position at SMA Solar Technology AG, where HECTOR focused on operations and maintenance of Utility & commercial inverters and PV Solar equipment. Hector also has experience as a Maintenance Supervisor at Clearway Energy Group and as a Field Service Engineer at First Solar, where HECTOR worked on utility scale maintenance and repairs. In addition, HECTOR served in the US Navy as a Leading Technical Supervisor. Hector holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Astrakhan State Technical University and attended the US Navy Engineering School.
