Tien Le possesses extensive expertise in digital servo algorithm design and development, with over three decades of experience in the field. Tien Le has held significant roles at Maxtor as a Development Engineer since 1987, focusing on digital state space techniques for servo loops. Prior to this, Tien Le worked as a Sr. Staff Servo Firmware Engineer at Western Digital Corp. from 2001 to 2009, where responsibilities included real-time application coding and motion control algorithm design utilizing ARM technology. Additional experience includes a position as Sr. Staff Design & Development Engineer at Seagate Technology, where Tien Le developed digital servo-tracking algorithms for LTO specifications. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Control Systems from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University.
