Douglas Bailey

Douglas Bailey has extensive work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Douglas is currently the Vice President of Commercial Assets at Maxus Properties, a position they have held since August 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Commercial Assets at Maxus Properties, Inc. from February 2020 to August 2023. Douglas also served as the Commercial Asset and Budget Manager from November 2017 to February 2020, the Budget and Financial Planning Analyst from December 2016 to November 2017, and the Commercial Accountant from August 2015 to December 2016, all within the same company. Before joining Maxus Properties, Douglas worked as a Property Accountant at Block & Company Inc., Realtors from December 2013 to August 2015, and as a Custody Specialist at State Street from May 2013 to December 2013.

Douglas Bailey completed their education history with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Pittsburg State University between 2011 and 2013. Before that, they attended Johnson County Community College from 2008 to 2010, where they completed the General Education requirements without receiving a degree. Douglas Bailey's education began at Louisburg High School, where they received their High School Diploma in 2008.
