Elizabeth Varghese

Elizabeth Varghese has over a decade of experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as Assistant Manager and previously as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Operations Specialist at MaxVal Group, Inc. since February 2016. Key responsibilities include induction and onboarding, HR management system maintenance, employee engagement, and training and development. Prior experience includes roles as a Data Analyst at Maxval IP Services and as an Online Software Trainer at Hazel Infotech Ltd. Additionally, Elizabeth worked as a CSO/Team Leader at Allsec Technologies, mentoring new recruits.
