Joshua McClure is the CEO of Maxwell Biosciences and the former CEO of RealMassive. Joshua founded RealMassive in 2013 to give tenants and brokers Big Data computational insight into the meaningful valuation drivers of US commercial real estate. Joshua was the founder and original CEO & chairman from January 2013 to early 2015, successfully recruiting Hank Seal Jr, founder and chairman of Q2 eBanking (NYSE:QTWO) to head up the board as chairman.

Under Joshua's leadership, RealMassive grew to be commercial real estate's connected digital marketplace, covering nearly five billion square feet of office, industrial, and retail space. The Austin-based SaaS firm provides CRE professionals with critical analytics and insights into the performance of their markets and portfolios while streamlining their marketing efforts. Users can list, search, and share data sets through an intuitive platform optimized for performance analytics, digital marketing, and inventory management.

In their role as CEO of Maxwell Biosciences, Joshua is continuing their mission to use technology to empower businesses and individuals in the commercial real estate industry. Joshua is passionate about making Maxwell Biosciences the go-to source for CRE data and insights, helping businesses make better decisions and grow their businesses.

Joshua McClure has a Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
