Camelia Ignat is a seasoned Leadership and Transformation Coach with a robust background in human resources management. Currently serving as a Leadership & Transformation Coach and DISC Behavioral Trainer at Maxwell Leadership since December 2019, Camelia has previously held significant roles as Senior People Manager at ConsenSys and HR Business Partner at Bosch. With a career spanning over two decades, Camelia has demonstrated expertise in developing HR strategies, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development across various organizations, including Connatix, SDL, AROBS Software, Adecco, C & S Distribution, and Psihoselect. Camelia's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in European Project Management and Human Resources and Marketing, complemented by a Psychology degree from Babeș-Bolyai University.
