Hector J. Campos

Hector has delivered leadership and organizational effectiveness trainings and consulting to national, state, and local nonprofits for over two decades. Throughout his career, he has promoted, advanced and integrated social justice and an equity lens into all capacity-building activities to ensure that public sector agencies equitably thrive and achieve their goals. He continues to do that important work at Mission Capital.

Most recently, Hector was the Training Director for a national nonprofit capacity-building organization that delivered trainings and consulting on leadership/management, individual and organizational development, effective communication, team building and diversity, equity, and inclusion to public health agencies.

He was also the CEO and Founder of Campos Training and Consulting Group. In that capacity, he managed a successful training and consulting firm implementing cost-effective staff development training and coaching that resulted in increased employee job satisfaction, team trust/communication and organizational effectiveness.
