Damian Johnson

Damian Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and financial services. Currently serving as President of TransformED Leaders since February 2021, Damian also holds the position of Program Advisor, Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker at Maxwell Leadership since February 2012, where responsibilities include facilitating learning groups and conducting seminars on leadership and personal development. As CEO of Mandeville Ingleside Consulting, LLC., Damian provides corporate coaching and professional development services while also offering individual coaching and mastermind groups. Additionally, Damian co-founded The Black Entrepreneurs Institute and has held various roles in the mortgage industry, culminating in a strong background in assisting families with mortgage solutions. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Morehouse College, complemented by a study abroad program at Lancaster University in Accounting and Finance.
