Susan H. Davis

Susan H. Davis has more than 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Susan is currently working at Maxwell Leadership as an Executive Facilitator/Coach and Program Lead for the Corporate Solutions Group. In this role, they drive innovation and creativity in the development of leadership and sales training offerings for clients. Susan also designs and delivers programs and trainings for corporate facilitation, executive and sales coaching, keynote speaking, and team training and development.

Susan is also a Certified Leadership Trainer, Speaker, and Coach for The John Maxwell Team since 2015.

In 2016, Susan founded their own company called SH Davis Empowerment Group.

Prior to Maxwell Leadership and SH Davis Empowerment Group, Susan worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as the Director of Global Sales Training for the PSG division from 2018 to 2022.

Before that, they were the National Sales Training Manager at MTF Biologics from 2016 to 2018.

Susan has also worked at Lima Corporate as the Manager of U.S. Training and Medical Education from 2013 to 2016, and as a Training and Product Manager from 2012 to 2013.

Their earlier experiences include roles at Biomet/Summit Surgical as an Orthopedic Territory Sales Manager from 2011 to 2012, Exactech as an Orthopedic Sales Manager/District Trainer from 2007 to 2011, Reliant Pharmaceuticals as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative from 2006 to 2007, Dun & Bradstreet as a Relationship Manager from 2005 to 2006, and Pfizer as a Sales Representative from 2001 to 2005.

Susan H. Davis holds a Master's Degree from Clemson University and a Bachelor's Degree from East Carolina University. Susan also obtained a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from American Humanics, which was a joint program between Clemson University and American Humanics. Additionally, they graduated from Mount Tabor High School in 1989. Susan has achieved various certifications, including Certified Master Trainer in DISC from Personality Insights, Inc. in 2021, and Certifications in Socratic Selling Skills and Executive Presentation Skills from Communispond in 2018 and 2020, respectively. Susan has also received certifications in Coaching, Speaking, and Training from The John Maxwell Team in 2015 and in Human Behavior Consulting from Personality Insights Inc. in 2017. Furthermore, they hold certifications in PDP Administration from Professional Dynametrics Program (PDP) in 2015 and in Working Genius from The Table Group.
