Ann Mcgrath

CEO at Maxwell Money Management

As a Principal at Maxwell, Ann brings over 15 years of experience advising companies on risk management issues. She is focused on Maxwell’s operations, including human resources, workflow and client satisfaction. In this capacity, Ann has been instrumental in implementing new policies and procedures at Maxwell in order to improve its security and compliance processes.

Ann’s prior experience includes legal practice as a civil litigator in California focused on regulatory and employment matters. Before moving to the private sector, Ann worked as a prosecutor for the San Diego and Los Angeles district attorneys’ offices. She earned a B.A. in English from UCLA and a J.D. from Loyola Law School and subsequently became licensed to practice in California, Connecticut, and New York.

Outside of Maxwell, Ann is involved in charitable work in the Bay Area and beyond. She serves as a Board Member for the Western Association of the Order of Malta. In addition, in Marin where she and her husband, Matthew, and two sons live she serves the local community such as St. Anselm School and Parish and the St. Vincent de Paul Dining Room through leadership positions and hands on service.
