Steve Hu is an accomplished leader in operations management with over 20 years of experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Maxxis International since November 2011, Steve has developed and executed strategies that encompass sales, supply chain management, inventory control, and distribution. Previously, Steve held various roles at Maxxis, including OE Sales Manager and OE Account Manager, where leadership of sales teams and significant automaker accounts contributed to the company's success in North America. Prior experience includes a Program Manager role at PJH Tools, where Steve improved operational efficiencies and revenue growth, along with earlier positions at Maxxis and UTech Services. Steve holds both a Master of Applied Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
