Robert Jinks has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. Robert began their career in 1997 as a Project Manager and Senior Systems Associate at Merck. In 2000, they transitioned to Express Scripts as the VP of Enterprise Software Testing and QA. In 2013, they founded RJ Quality Consulting, LLC, where they served as Principal Consultant and Owner. In 2015, they joined Healthfirst as the VP of IT Quality Assurance. Robert is currently employed at Maxxphase, Inc. as the Chief Technology Officer.
