Tom Bailey

Tom Bailey has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. TOM is currently serving as the Director of Technical Operations & Construction at MaxxSouth Broadband since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Cable ONE as the Technical Operations Manager from November 2018 to December 2021. Earlier in their career, they held various positions at Comcast Cable, including Director of Engineering from January 2015 to May 2018, and Director of Operations from October 1984 to December 2014.

Tom Bailey attended Chattanooga State Community College from 1988 to 1994, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. TOM then enrolled at Covenant College from 2004 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Management. Between 2017 and 2019, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University.
