Pooja Bhattacharji

Pooja Bhattacharji has a diverse work experience with extensive exposure in customer service, support, and sales. Pooja has worked at Maxxton as a Senior Customer Success Engineer since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Customer Service Team Lead at Livpure Sleep from 2020 to 2023. Pooja has also worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Wink & Nod from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they worked as Asst. Mgr. Customer Relations at Mahindra Unnati Motors from 2017 to 2019. Other work experiences include being a Customer Relations Officer at DSK Motors Ltd from 2016 to 2017, Sales Support at Maruti Suzuki Nexa from 2015 to 2016, Team Leader Sales at EDELINE E-SOLUTIONS COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED from 2014 to 2015, Team Leader- Sales at EPRSS Prepaid Recharge Services India Pvt. Ltd from 2011 to 2013, and Recruitment Manager at Max Life Insurance Company Limited in 2010.

Pooja Bhattacharji obtained their SSC degree from D.A.V. Public School. Pooja completed their H.S.C from Vidya Bharati Chinmaya Vidyalaya in Commerce then enrolled in Andhra University where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Commerce. Later, they pursued an MBA degree in Marketing + Finance from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University and a PGDM degree in Marketing + Finance from Asian School of Management, Pune. Pooja also completed two Atlassian certifications- Confluence Fundamentals Badge and Jira Fundamentals Badge in June and May of 2023, respectively.
