Tracey Kent

Tracey Kent has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tracey started their career as an EFL Teacher at ECC from 2001 to 2003. Tracey then transitioned into the financial industry, starting as a Sales Executive at ICAP from 2004 to 2009. Following this, they worked at Integral Development Corporation as Vice President of Europe and Asia Pacific Sales from 2009 to 2014. Tracey then joined AxiCorp/FIXI PLC as Institutional Sales for EMEA, Australasia, and Japan, from 2014 to 2017. Next, they served as the Head of eFX Sales Europe and Asia at HC Technologies, LLC, from 2017 to 2018. Tracey then worked as the Executive Director of EMEA Sales at FXSpotStream LLC from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Sales Director at FlexTrade. Subsequently, they held the role of Senior Business Development Manager at Equiti Capital from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Tracey is the Head of Broker Dealer Sales, EMEA at MaxxTrader, which they took on in 2023.

Tracey Kent attended Monash University from 1993 to 1997 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hon degree in Japanese Studies.
