Paul Candela

Paul Candela is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in full-stack development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as a Sr Web Engineer at May Mobility since May 2022, Paul previously held the position of Full Stack Software Engineer at Ford Motor Company from November 2017 to May 2022, where contributions included building software solutions and mentoring engineering talent. Prior to that, Paul worked as a Computer Scientist at SPAWAR from September 2010 to November 2017, developing systems for unmanned fleets and mentoring junior engineers. Paul began the career journey at Liquid Litigation Management, Inc. as a Software Development Intern and has also provided tutoring services at Austin Community College. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
