May River Recruiting
Kate Gold currently serves as an Executive Recruiter and VP of Client Relations at both May River Recruiting and Gruppo Arsenale since May 2025. Previously, Kate held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Solar Landscape from February 2020 to May 2025, overseeing recruitment strategies that led to the hiring of over 100 employees in 2024. In addition, Kate developed a nationally recognized workforce development program focused on green energy education. Prior to Solar Landscape, Kate worked at Robert Half from August 2011 to February 2020, advancing through various roles including Division Director and Branch Manager. Earlier experience includes teaching at Sea Girt Elementary School from 2008 to 2011. Kate holds a BFA in Art Education from East Carolina University, earned in 2006.
