Sebastian Roman

Sebastian Roman, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Business & Revenue Operations at MAYA Consulting, a position held since February 2022, and previously held the role of Director of Finance and Operations. Prior to this, Sebastian was the Director of Operations at KIPP Nashville Public Schools, where responsibilities included founding and establishing operational structures for KIPP Antioch College Prep. Experience in school operations was further developed at KIPP Austin Public Schools as Office Coordinator. Earlier career positions included talent and leadership development at Chick-fil-A Restaurants, small business sales at ADP, and various roles at St. Edward's University, including Director of Hilltop Leaders and Executive Director of the University Programming Board. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Digital Media Management and a BBA in Business Administration from St. Edward's University.
