Flo Deserson

Flo Deserson has a diverse work experience starting in 2006 as an Engineer Co-op at Poncin Yachts SA (PONY). They went on to work as a Tech support Engineer at Harmony Yachts Australia and later as a Project Manager at Nautitech Catamarans. In 2010, Flo worked on personal projects before joining Michelin as a PLM + CAD Business Analyst. They then worked at Accenture as an Industry Service Consultant and at Pratt & Whitney Canada as an Operations Coordinator & Project Manager. From 2016 to 2020, Flo worked at Processia in various roles including Senior Business Analyst / Program Manager, Functional & Business Consulting Manager - North America, and Director Of Operations - Canada. In 2020, Flo joined Behaviour Interactive as a Program Director and recently started working at Maya HTT as the Director Of Operations, PLM in 2021.

Flo Deserson obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Project Management from CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs between 2006 and 2009.
