Tina Waddell is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management. Currently serving as General Manager for Maya Hotels since August 2019, Tina also operates in a Task Force capacity, supporting various brands within the portfolio. Prior positions include General Manager at Candlewood Suites® Hotels and Fairfield Inn by Marriott, where Tina oversaw full hotel renovations and significantly improved employee morale and productivity. Achievements in previous roles include driving room revenue growth and successfully executing sales and marketing strategies at InterContinental Hotels Group. Tina's career began at Hampton Inn Wilkesboro NC, where Tina successfully opened an 81-room hotel in 1999. Tina holds a high school diploma from Beaufort High, completing studies from 1981 to 1985.
