Uğur Tılıkoğlu

Uğur Tılıkoğlu is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leading software development and organizational transformation across various companies. As CEO of Mayadem since January 2019, Uğur has spearheaded organizational redesign and cultural transformation initiatives while implementing efficient HR processes for talent management. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer at iGones, Uğur drove the development of prominent applications and systems for Turkcell, including Lifebox and Turkcell Akademi, as well as global VOD platforms and the Turk Telekom SDK. Uğur has also held significant roles at Istanbul University as Software Security Manager, LCWaikiki as Software Architect and Team Leader, and in earlier positions at Turkcell, IFS Türkiye, and Eksim Holding. Uğur holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Gebze Technical University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Işık Üniversitesi.
