Janelle Yap

Janelle Yap is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Assistant Manager in Client Coverage at Maybank Investment Banking Group since January 2024. Previously, Janelle held various roles at Hong Leong Bank Berhad, including Senior Account Relationship Executive and Account Relationship Executive, focusing on credit analysis and relationship management for large corporate clients. Janelle's career also includes a foundation in auditing through an internship at Deloitte and experience in accounts payable at Kimberly-Clark. Janelle began their professional journey as a part-time English teacher at Kids Planet and developed leadership skills as Publicity Director for the Monash Business Club. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Accounting, Banking, and Finance from Monash University.
