Marco Iaccarino

Marco Iaccarino is an accomplished wine professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Head of Wine at The Emory since February 2024 and Head of Wine at Berkeley for Maybourne Hotel Group since September 2019, Marco previously held the position of Head Sommelier and buyer at Murano from January 2018 to August 2019 and at The Gilbert Scott from March 2017 to January 2018. Additional roles include Head Sommelier at Park Chinois and Assistant Head Sommelier at EDITION, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing guest experiences through wine selection and service. Earlier in Marco's career, positions such as Head Sommelier at Pullman Hotels & Resorts and Lounge Manager & Assistant Sommelier at Armani Hotels & Resorts were pivotal in establishing operational standards and staff training during pre-opening stages.
